Watson Homes is progressing with the construction of 69 new affordable homes on the site of a former school site in Breightmet, Bolton. Working in conjunction with Bolton at Home, the development comprises a mix of two and three-bedroom homes plus four cottage flats and 13 maisonette apartments.

The first 10 homes were handed over to Bolton at Home in September 2021, with completion on the entire scheme in Spring 2022.
