Manchester Road will see the transformation of the former Kearsley Social Club site, and the development of 24 apartments for affordable rent.

Delivered for Bolton at Home, the scheme will include 5 two-bedroom and 19 one-bedroom apartments, plus car parking for 21 residents.

Planning was approved in August 2020, with work set to begin in October. Once complete, these new homes will be made available to Kearsley residents for affordable housing by Bolton at Home.
