what’s the plan?
Watson is working to deliver a sustainable regeneration project of the Church Wharf area of Bolton town centre. This £100m plan will create a bustling quarter containing high-quality homes, community spaces, retail and leisure and hotel accommodation.
Our vision for Church Wharf centres around a new public plaza, an inviting riverside area containing new bars, restaurants and cafes. Our plaza opens up to Church Bank, providing new links and routes into the town centre.
